How to register for Summer Camp
Registration is by mail or fax. To register in person and meet the directors, please attend one of the following in-person registration dates:

IN PERSON REGISTRATION:

Saturdays - March 27th and May 29th, 2010
12 - 2pm at Pickering College (Main Entrance)

Print forms 1 and 2 and mail them with a cheque / credit card information to:

Payment in full must accompany registration.  Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. An installment program can be worked out for those with camp expenses over $1000. Please contact the directors at info@wrkcamps.com to initiate this process. A $35 NSF fee will be charged for any payments returned NSF from the bank.  Please be sure to include your e-mail address as your camp confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via e-mail.  Please read the Camper Newsletter for your child's specific camp for details regarding what to bring and drop-off and pick-up procedures.  No further correspondence will be sent to you following your camp confirmation email within a few weeks of your registration being received (confirmation should arrive earlier if camp session is close to beginning).

Hilltop Skating - All-in-One Skate Experience Camp (am) with Junior Camp or "The Works" (pm):

Please print WRK Forms #1, #2 (and #3 if applicable) and send them with your registration package and payment to Hilltop Skating.

Form 4 (Reading Level Form) is optional and may be given to your child's teacher any time after May 1st.

*If your child is a French Immersion student, please disregard Form 4 and send an email to reading@wrkcamps.com including your child's full name, age and some examples of any english reading s/he can do (i.e. recognizes only a few letters, some small words, reads Berenstain Bears, Dr. Suess, Robert Munsch books, reads chapter books, etc.).

Cancellation Policy A refund will be issued for any cancellation request received 7 days prior to the start of the program. All refunds are subject to a $30 cancellation charge.

Camp runs for six weeks, from Monday July 6 to Friday July 30th, and registration is on a weekly basis.
Camp is closed for Week #5, the first week of August.
Camp runs for two more weeks in August, from Monday, August 9 to Friday, August 20.

Camp Hours:  All camp programs run from 9-4pm.

Applicable taxes:

Camp Fees are subject to 5% GST until April 30th
As of May 1st all camp fees are subject to 13% HST.

Discounts:

Be an early-bird ! Register by March 30th and pay just $279 for full day campers.

Sign up for more than one week and receive a $20 discount for each subsequent week
Families registering 3 or more children receive a $30 discount for 3rd and subsequent children for each week registered.

Discounts have been applied in combining the Hilltop All-in-one Skate Experience Camp with the Well-Rounded Kids Camps.

Extended Care: 7:30am - 9 am; 4-5:30pm
